Finance Minister Tito Mboweni delivered his 2021 budget speech this afternoon.
There will be adjustments to personal income tax which may result in a 5% relief for some.
Business Leadership South Africa welcomes Mboweni’s budget which showed the fruits of better-than-expected economic recovery and tax collection over the past several months.
Business news anchor at ENCA, Devan Murugan was speaking to BLSA CEO Busi Mavuso to unpack the 2021 budget speech.
“As business we particularly welcome the modest tax relief that has been provided to individuals and companies which will go far to support the economic recovery,” says Mavuso.
