The Chief Executive Office of Business Leadership SA, Busisiwe Mavuso was joined by Economist, Mpho Tsebe from RMB, Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank, Fundi Tshazibana on ENCA’s Taking Stock show with Bruce Whitfield to share her views on what business expect to come out of the emergency budget.
The Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni is expected to unveil SA’s first-ever emergency budget on the 23 June.
Mavuso says there has been a close working relationship between business and government as well as an acceleration in interventions that we needed to implement as a country, such as rolling out spectrum, easing of competition rules and allowing e-commerce.
