BLSA is pleased to announce that the Board has formally appointed Mpumi Madisa, Group CEO of Bidvest, as its Deputy Chairperson.
As many of you will know, Mpumi is an exceptional business leader whose achievements and leadership credentials are widely respected. In her current role as Group Chief Executive Officer of Bidvest, together with the many senior leadership positions she has held throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated outstanding strategic vision, resilience, and a deep commitment to sustainable economic growth.
As BLSA continues to navigate an increasingly complex economic environment, Mpumi’s insight, energy and leadership at Board level will be invaluable. Her appointment further strengthens what is already a highly respected and accomplished BLSA Board, and we are delighted to welcome her contribution to the organisation’s continued work and impact.
